The recipes have been great in helping!!!

The author also finds recipes from this audio-book in the vegan meal prep audio-book. Nonetheless, recipes are very healthy, simple to prepare, and helpful in a diet focused on high protein plants. I loved to curry bean burritos and coconut tofu a lot!

This was a wonderful learning experience!!!

I like simple direct guidance and author great audio-book guide. Many studies have need for a high-protein diet to lose fat and muscle building. For a bodybuilder the maximum protein intake should be between 0.8 grams and 1.2 grams per pound of daily body weight.

This is a great audio-book recipe for vegetarians giving to spice up their normal cooking recipes. This audio-book contains so many delicious and easy to follow recipes. The best part is that they're fast and easy to make. I used those recipes to prepare meals for work and I'm really happy with that. I feel like I get more protein in my diet and now I feel more energetic

This audio-book offers so many practical tips!!!

A few months ago, I switched to a vegan diet but I seem to be caught in a rut on what foods to eat every day. I like to eat the same thing over and over and it's getting really boring. This audio-book has some new ideas and combinations I haven't already tried. The recipes are simple, without too many ingredients.
