The time to start growing your own food is now and here’s how to begin in less than an hour!

Did you know that there are nearly 1,000 chemicals in our food that have never been tested for safety?

Nobody will protect you from contaminants in the food you buy, but what if you could set up your own urban garden at home?

Well, the time has come to stop dreaming about it and to actually start doing the deed.

You don’t need soil, you don’t need large amounts of chemicals, and you don’t need a ton of knowledge to get started.

Introducing the concept of hydroponics - growing your own plants in a nutrient solution with no soil!

Hydroponics is the perfect choice for an indoor space or an urban garden.

This method can be used to grow such a large medley of plants - herbs, green leafy vegetables, strawberries, blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers.

DIY hydroponics does not require extensive or expensive setups.

So, let’s go to the most important question here - do you want to grow your own food that is natural, chemical-free, and sustainable?

In Homegrown!, you will discover:

  • The secret to making hydroponic fruits and veggies taste amazing
  • The six most popular types of hydroponic systems and which ones are ideal for beginners
  • Is it really possible to build a DIY hydroponic system from scratch (the short answer is yes)
  • At least 10 great plants for newbie hydroponic gardeners
  • Tips and suggestions on making your plants pest-resistant and optimizing yield
  • A comprehensive list of the equipment you’ll need to get started (you can find most of these items in a regular supermarket)
  • A complete guide on getting started with hydroponics drawings that will simplify complex processes and enable you to create everything on your own and from scratch

And much more!

Good resource for a newbie

Since I moved out of the city I decided to learn about about hydroponics since I have limited garden space. The book took me by the hand and helped me pick the right tools, etc. One of the sections I found the most useful was preventing plant diseases. Every time I would plant something like tomatoes I would have a white fly problem. This book gives you the appropriate PH values for these vegetables.

The companion PDF was a useful reference.

Overall it's worth your time.

A must read for hydroponic gardening lovers

An excellent audiobook for learning about hydroponic gardening. With all the stuff happening in the world, I decided to cultivate my food, and this audiobook was perfect for me. It gave me lots of ideas and tips for growing my favorite vegetables at home. I liked the pace and tone of voice of the narrator. Thank you very much. I will be looking for more audiobooks by the author. I just hope this audiobook was in Spanish so I could share with my parents.

Great listen on hydroponics

I've always struggled with gardening. It seems like every year the pests and rodents come and eat my harvest. Hydroponics seem like a great alternative to traditional gardening and a good way of guarding against crop loss.

This audiobook describes exactly what it is, what the benefits are, and how to execute it properly. I'm glad I listened. Now, I'm hoping to take my new knowledge and use it to launch me into my first hydroponics project.

If you're in the same boat, struggling to keep your plants alive, or are just looking for a cool, new hobby, then give it a listen!

Beginner guide to growing plant hydroponically

I am a newbie in these areas, and I am always wanting to grow my own veggie on my own. I get hocked by this cover plus it contains all I need to garden as a beginner. Also, it contains a recommendation for beginners to start growing some plants like tomato, carrot, radish, and kale. The recommendation is so specific by identifying the temp and space. If you are like me, having a desire to grow your veggies, then don't hesitate to buy this book.

Very Helpful.

A very good place to start if you want to set up a hydroponic garden. I already knew a lot of the material outlined in this book so I was not expecting to gain too much additional knowledge. However, to my surprise, I realized that this book had many new ideas that I had never thought of. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to get started with growing vegetables to be self-sufficient. If you are keen on setting up a hydroponic framework, then definitely start with this book, it will save you a lot of time and hustle.
