Terrible
Not only did the form of this “narrative” cause repressed memories to emerge, it worsened my depression and led to a belief in self destructive behaviour as being “OK”.
I nearly ruined my marriage while my wife was pregnant. Do not read or listen to this if you have any mental health issues at all. And maybe just don’t bother.

Excellent!
Very insightful series dealing with real social issues that cause every parent to worry. Lots of good tips on how to approach and think about dealing with certain topics such as porn and drugs.
Their is plenty of humor to keep the listener entertained as well.
Highly recommended!
