Great Book!

I must say the book is a complete guide when you like to start the keto vegetarian diet. I love how the author explain the ketogenic part and the breakdown of the macros. Useful stuff

Wonderful book!

This has been an incredible book for including more veggie lover choices into my cooking. I haven't attempted the majority of the plans, yet the ones I have utilized (for the most part the meals) have all ended up extraordinary. I realize I could have gotten the digital book rendition, however, I like having the option to make notes in my cookbooks or imprint certain pages, and not stress over it getting messy while I'm cooking. Wonderful book!

I reaaly like this book.Alternatively, I find myself grabbing a Keto Vegetarian to see if there is a recipe for the limp parsnip, left-over chicken, snow peas frozen in the last decade and the potatoes which are looking at me uncertainly from a corner, amounting to all the food in the house, and wondering if I am going to go hungry

Fabulous book! So great genuinely extraordinary.

This is a great diet, you have to begin this diet the right way so you will get faster and better results. In theory, a keto diet is simple; low carbs, high fat. The only way this diet will work right is when you eat a very small amount of carbs. The fewer carbs you eat, the better it is to help you lose weight.
