complete garbage

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this book was not designed for everyone.
You MAY benefit from this book (but probably not) if you are:

a) male
b) a small business owner.

Even then you won't gain anything from this book. The entire book consisted of sean yelling at you and dropping F bombs unnecessarily in a failed attempt to sound edgy. And he also yells "core 4" numerous times just to push his awful "self help" book, which only helps him in the end when he gets your money and leaves you bitter for wasting your hard earned time and money on this crap. No idea why this is rated so well on here. Definitely regretting this purchase...

whats with the yelling ?

i don't disagree with the content of the book, however the author sounded like a drunk guy at the bar trying to prove his point like he is hurt or carrying pain, hour and 18 minutes projecting slight absent angry attitude with his voice is such a turn off

No BS

Engaging, Straight forward, powerful and truthful! There was no new information or revelations that I could apply to my life, but a shake needed to put myself on the right path. I love that is a very short book. Will likely listen to it again to remind myself to get sh*t done!

beautiful common message lost in profanity<br />

the book has a nice message. he professes it is all things he has learned through experience. some of the most valuable insight withi the book is the connection to universal truths. I found it very challenging to push through what came across as arrogance and the excessive profanity....both totally unnecessary and actually detracted from a beautiful recipe for success. what I took away was the core four strategy and the bringing value....I have struggled with this alot....but he resonated deeply with me when he spoke to bringing value to the moment by being yourself and bringing you....I thank you ,Sean, for that....with warmth and respect .....Rick

Sales Pitch

Cheap short book to sell you on a lifestyle program. Decent reminder and truthful advice. Nothing earth shattering but overall a good listen.

Really enjoyed the listen

Loved how enthusiastic the narrator was. A short and to the point read with some great relatable points. I'll be listening to this one again.

get the $h!t done

not a book for faints of heart and not a book for people that are turned off by the "motivational" use of the F-bomb. inspiring and direct, it offers straight in your face truths that can't be said any simply: show up, choose, get the work done, repeat. every single day.

Reasonable listen. Short

Decent listen if you only want a short book. Second half is a coaching sales pitch.

Limited usefulness

Motivational book for dumb people that can't chew gum and walk. Author just throws F bombs and cuses and repeats the same tired crap over and over with no actual insight. He makes some decent points, but they are just stolen from others.

Waste of time

The author of this book is probably one of the most annoying people in the world. There was nothing original about this book except that he infused the word shit over and over again and couldn't even do that in a way that came off authentic. Then came his needless political opinions for absolutely no reason that made me feel like I was listening to my drunk ignorant uncle at Thanksgiving, you know the type. At least I can be grateful I didn't actually pay for this piece of shit book.

Should have given $5 to The dog shelter instead

Dumbest book I ever heard.
Here’s the summary:
Hear the author talk about how great he is.
Hear him pitch you his personal coaching & membership business over & over.
Hear him talk about how life changing “Core 4” is but only describe what that is once or twice so you’re willing to go to his website & find out how to “apply” for a membership.
Hear him repeat “Core 4” until you’re lobotomised and credit card ready.
Then go back to the beginning of the audio to hear again what his little pitch is about if you’re not a ‘credit card armed’ sheep.
Realise “Core 4” is a catchy label on basic needs.
Add one thousand curse words, repeat them a thousand times or at least until you start thinking this ahole is cool.
Now, imagine a poor man’s version of Grant Cardone if you were to remove all Cardone’s substance.
Conclusion:
Save $5 or donate $5 to a dog shelter.
Ok, on my way to go eat some cauliflower pizza now.

Gary John Bishop Wannabe

Sean has a compelling personal story, makes some good observations and offers up some solid advice. Unfortunately, Sean apparently lacks compassion and empathy for folks that face circumstances outside of their direct control (and worse, he chooses to use his book to tell these folks "F-you" - his words, not mine). If you want books that more effectively address some of the issues Sean attempts to tackle - and - that use curse words in their title to grab your attention and sell their books - check out How to Unfu*ck Yourself by Gary John Bishop or F*ck Your Feelings by Ryan Munsey.

Good initial concept - very vulgar

I like the plan of core 4 but the presentation with all the vulgar words every other word being the f bomb this and your lazy as f that. The story is good for redemption but the presentation is not very professional or welcoming for any one who wants to change there life.

The narrator wasn't a good listen. In my opinion.

The overall message and info was ok just a very structured and robotic sound to the narrator's voice It didn't take to my ears it was hard to get past the rush delivery in certain parts of this book. I'm kind of disappointed based on the reviews that I've read.

Horrible.

This book was very unimaginative. Offered nothing new. Lazily regurgitated information with some cussing as a lame attempt at making it edgy and - whatever. This endeavor was a poor idea. This book is so awful and such a waste of time, I am sick of seeing that it's even on my library list. I wish I knew of a way to remove it!

Short and sweet. Right to the point.

I actually really liked this. I’m going to put it on heavy rotation for a while. Short and right to the point. I personally related to a ton of what he is saying in this book. Good shit.
