Tools to clear your mind.

The thing that I liked the most is that the book is neither too short nor too long and serves as a perfect companion. There are several interesting topics discussed throughout the book. I'd definitely recommend this book.

I found this book to be very helpful.

Don't overthink it.

The book is pretty wonky, citing the sources of anxiety, the effects of anxiety, and some basic psychological stuff. If you've listen many self-help books, this will be more helpful for you.
