Not good

The narrator’s voice is annoying in that she talks for 31 chapters like she’s guiding you through hypnosis, but she is not, which makes it very hard to listen to. Plus there is no real hypnosis, other than to tell you to seek out a professional. Don’t waste your time.

I really enjoyed the mini habit books

I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.
