Great explanation of the 5 types of IF

Finished the book in less than 3 hours by speeding it up a bit, a feature of audible that I am grateful for. Great explanation of the 5 different Intermittent fasting types, as well as the benefits and differences of IF on men and women. I'd appreciate if the book laid down references or studies when stating facts.

not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast

I did different kinds of diets in the past. They work well but I constantly find myself gaining weight again. Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast at certain hours or days depending on what fasting resolution you'd choose. If you can get past the narrators poor pronunciation of Intermittent, this book will be a great reference for beginners.

Very useful.

This is the most useful out of all of these books like this. I think I've listed most if not all of them. The audio version is listened to by someone who doesn't do the book well.

a great guide.

Highly informational and a great guide. listen to this after already having fasting experience and knowledge but still found it very worthwhile. I would definitely recommend to anyone who cares about their health whether trying to lose weight or already in shape.
