A world has been deceived, and a war has begun....

America has been invaded and stands isolated, alone, and without allies....

Lines have been drawn; sides have been chosen - brother against sister, father against daughter, parents against their children.

Battles rage from the Midwest to the Great Plains as militia factions form and political frustrations turn to violence.

The UN peacekeepers are hailed as liberators in the Northeast but reviled as invaders in the Upper Midwest.

Four nuclear armed powers wage war. Will the nuclear genie remain in the bottle, or will a desperate America, attacked on all sides, resort to using this devastating weapon to equal the playing field?

As the world descends into chaos, the puppet masters pulling the strings may finally have been exposed. But is it too little, too late? Can the endgame be stopped or is the world careening toward an unimaginable disaster?

To say entertaining is an understatement.

Rosone and Watson are on their way to being recognized with the likes of Tom Clancy, and other writers in this genera. To me, this whole series paints a potentially scary future if the events in the previous two books comes to pass. Overall, it's an excellent story and the characters are truly awesome. You wanna root for the heros and see the antagonists fall. Be warned though, some of the events later on in the book will make your blood boil.

Pure Entertainment!

I fought sleep on several evenings because the writing was so interesting. Unfortunately, thectopic is very close to what is happening in real life.
Very well written and narrated.

Audible Crack

I swear, this series is so captivating and enjoyable it’s like Audible Crack!
Rosone and Watson continue their scarily prescient techno-thriller series. Well presented by B. J.

Chilling to think about

This book is right on target if you ask me , I know the author just wrote the book on his point of view, and the way things are going in our country and around the world right now , especially in Israel. I hate to see this happen to America . I love the story and how it was put together getting ready to read the next book
to see what happens next . Keep up the good work.

Military fiction with a HEAVY conservative bias.

As a US Army veteran of the Afghanistan war myself, I really wanted to enjoy this series. But found it difficult to do so, what with all the ham fisted ra ra America stuff in this book. After being immersed in Army culture for so long, it's very very annoying to see soldiers portrayed in media as super patriotic 100% of the time. The other soldiers I knew during my time in service were the people most critical of our government. A second smaller part of this book that really frustrated me. Was the fact that the author seems to truly think that in the event of an invasion or other major crisis, "LeFtIsTs" are the people you need to worry about. This idea is ridiculous to anyone with a brain. It wasn't leftists who stormed our great nations' capital. Was it...? NO, it was radical conservatives. Our esteemed author buys into this "left bad" notion so much that he seems to actually believe that a coup in the US would be perpetrated by the Left instead of our nation's biggest internal threat the, radical right. Avoid this series if you have a functioning brain, it will give you a headache.

TLDR.
If you're a fan of military fiction, and don't mind some old conservative's politics being shoved down your throat the whole time you listen. This is the series for you.

This 12.3-hour chapter of the Falling Empires series take off where the second one left off. It just feels like one book that the publishers divided up so it could sell more. There's a lot of combat fluff as CONUS invasions advance and retreat. Most of the book is factual process but some is really impossible. For example, asking NORAD to execute nuclear strikes. Nope! Can't do that. Also, the airy adjectives that describe military facts are pretty bad. Finally, the book just ends; no leadup, no drama...just ends. I like the story, but it's long and more drawn than it needs to be.

Invasion, Book Three

Book three was just as exciting as the previous two. This trilogy is almost scary in some of our current events. Started book four tomorrow.

Realistic

I love the idea of democrats taking to arms. Love the modern warfare, the use of social media and deep fakes. Really great story. On to the next part. Can’t wait.
