Publisher's Summary

“Please find me, Thomas! Please!”

Two years ago, Dr. Gina Brady broke Thomas Prescott’s heart, but now her panic-stricken satellite phone call starts it beating again with a fury. Thugs kidnapped the good doctor from the remote jungle village where she was working, and now the retired homicide detective’s expert skills are desperately needed to save her.

Led by a colorful, but perhaps untrustworthy local guide, Prescott journeys deep into the Bolivian Amazon, plunging into a world where the only thing more dangerous than the gun-toting drug traffickers and the ruthless tribesmen, is the jungle itself.

When Gina’s trail leads to a chance encounter with an archaeological expedition, the search for the missing doctor takes on even deadlier consequences. But Prescott will not relent in this punishing quest until, once again, he holds Gina in his arms.

The books in The Thomas Prescott series can be enjoyed in any order, so grab Jungle Up and get started today.

Great adventure in the Amazon!

This was a great adventure in the Amazon, with Nick Progg's usual wonderful characters, narrated deftly by Johnny Heller! I can't wait for Nick's Thomas Prescott Series prequel 'The Numbers' to come out - it's on my Wish List! In the meantime, I know I'm going to enjoy his 'The Speed of Souls', as I loved the relationship he had with Lassie in the 3a.m. series, and his relationships with all animals in his novels.

I really enjoyed this story.

there was a problem with a narration as far as I was concerned I couldn't distinguish the characters the narrator didn't change their voice enough and it became confusing without the introduction of what character was speaking at that time. love the story but truly couldn't give it a five because of that narration.

Another engaging read

Subject matter of vast importance interwoven.
Character of subjects a hope and prayer.
That said, it’s another laugh out loud read!
My utmost respect Mr. Pirog.
