The content is great and narration.

One of the better keto cookbooks available (and I’ve read a lot) The content is great and narration is smooth. I’m really digging the recipes, especially the fried salmon and asparagus and keto burger.

Well researched and explained. My wife loves cooking and this cookbook will help save her time and give her some fresh ideas for the kitchen. I love that all the meals are super easy and fast to make. We have tried about half of the recipes and can’t wait to try out the rest. Thank you Connor!

This cookbook has a good number of recipes.

This cookbook has a good number of recipes and meal plans. Macros are listed and easy to follow instructions. What I like is that recipes aren’t expensive or take a long to make. Ingredients can be easily found in most supermarkets. Will be referring to this guide throughout the year.
