I call it my Keto Bible.

This book is by far the best book on Keto I have ever listen. I call it my Keto Bible. There is a wealth of information in this book. It goes into such detail on how the human body functions. I learned so much from this book. I never knew just how important my liver really was to me until I listen to Keto. I also didn't know we had so many hormones and what their purpose to our everyday Life entailed. I am so glad I bought this book.

They did it again!

They did it again! Chocked full of detailed information about keto. This is not a recipe book like the others but you will get a great education and better knowledge. This will help you understand everything so much better. It will also help if you have stalled on losing weight while living a keto lifestyle. So far it helped me see my mistakes and I have already lost the weight I was struggling with.

Stunning!

Stunning! I was appreciative to have this asset to enable me to begin cooking in my moment pot. It is useful to have the plans close by. What's more, the well-ordered procedure of how to utilize the pot was useful. Extraordinary to peruse it in the kitchen! Great!

This book has so much incredible data in it! I've seen others with considerably less in it and truly valued the subtleties included for such a large number of wellbeing conditions, just as definite weight reduction exhortation.

I just finished this book.

I just finished this book. I listen to it from front to back. It was very informative and helpful in getting started with Keto. I was tempted to skip chapters, but I didn't. I learned so much about why to avoid certain foods, how food impacts so much of how we feel and overall health, and how and why keto works.

Best book.

Best book on how to do a keto lifestyle successfully. It explains the science behind the Keto way of eating in an easy and very understandable way. I refer to it all the time. In my opinion I think if you know the reason why keto works it helps you follow this lifestyle better. Knowing the science behind all this helps me immensely.

It really makes sense.

I really want to get their cookbooks now! This book answered a lot of the questions I still had about Keto. It was really nice having all of this information in one place. The book does have repetitive nature. I think they are trying to hammer into your head the Simplicity of all this. Once you get a hang of the science, it really makes sense.
