About this listen
Homeless. Hungry. Desperate. Doe has no memories of who she is or where she comes from. A notorious career criminal just released from prison, King is someone you don't want to cross unless you're prepared to pay him back in blood, sweat, sex, or a combination of all three. King's future hangs in the balance. Doe's is written in her past. When they come crashing together, they will have to learn that sometimes in order to hold on, you have to first let go.

T.M Frazier is the author who pulled memory out of my injury a bit. I am on book 3 and I can still remember details from books 1&2 and although I wish I didn’t remember certain parts of the story line it is bitter sweet.
There is love, lust and violence, I wasn’t one who liked this type of book especially when I have listened to some narrators make it so embarrassing to listen you have to stop. Molly and Rob did great, a fresh take for my ears!
I think you honestly need to start reading, yes the nov has a few trigger warnings BUT King makes everything okay!
Well this series has me!

The book is nice and dark, just like I like it. Definitely a must read!!!
Amazing

On top of that, the narration made it even worse. The FMC’s voice sounded like she was constantly out of breath, which became distracting and almost ridiculous after a while. Instead of adding emotion, it just made the performance feel forced and overdone. Overall, the story felt shallow, the characters were unlikeable, and the chemistry was completely unconvincing.
Painfully annoying and completely unbelievable
