Publisher's Summary

A single father struggles to change for his daughters and the woman he loves in this second audiobook in the Cursed Ravens Motorcycle Club series from New York Times best-selling author Chantal Fernando.

As a single father of two girls and the sergeant at arms for the Cursed Ravens Motorcycle Club, Jack “Knuckles” Chester doesn’t have much free time. And having earned his road name from his reputation as a fighter, Knuckles isn’t one to back away from a challenge. But what he'll never admit out loud is that his two daughters have changed him irrevocably, softened him even. And these two girls are the only women who will ever hold his heart forever.

That is, until he meets Celina. Celina is nothing like the women Knuckles used to date. She’s a journalist for the local newspaper and basically just has her life together. The last thing she wants is to be involved with a Cursed Raven. But when the ripped, badass biker worms his way into her heart, she has trouble remembering all the reasons they would never work.

When a shocking story is published in her newspaper, it breaks the thin trust she has with Knuckles. Will she lose him forever? Or will Knuckles fight to keep Celina in his life?

Narrator was a flop

second book in this series and the narrator was just as bad as the first book. I struggled to finish this book. The story itself was boring and the narrative just made it worse. I was disappointed in this book.

Just a medium

First, if you've read/listened to the Wind Dragon series, you'll be disappointed here. Second, Joe Arden is the last chapter, which is too bad. He is one of my favorites.
The female narrator does not change her tone/inflection between characters or character thoughts. It's had to tell who is talking or if they are simply thinking.
The story is fine. A better read than a listen. Don't spend the money or the credit on this one. Wait to see if goes to the romance package.

Sassy and Classy and a Bad boy named Knuckles

You can't help who you fall in love with but one betrayal or so they thought was a betrayal can screw everything up. You never appreciate your other half 's family till a tragedy occurs and find that they are your family too

Great Story and narrators

Was super happy to see Joe Arden narrating in this story and kept waiting for his turn. Waiting and waiting finally figure out that this was going to be one of those times he only narrates the last chapter 😡 hate when that happens. But Erica Davis did a great job. Love this story wish there was a lil more MC Action and Drama but it’s still a good series love Knuckles girls and his love for his kids. Wish there where more men like him in our world 😉

Horrible female narrator!

2 minutes in and I hit “Remove from Library”. Narrator is awful! Couldn’t distinguish the characters and she read like a middle schooler with absolutely no emotions.😟🤯

Just couldn't get past narrator.....

The story was cute but I just couldn't get past the narrator. She read a tripsy scene and sounded tipsy or slurred speech the rest of the book . She didn't distinguish the 2 different characters voices and at time got lost who was talking. The story line was great.

Chantal Fernando has a way

She really loves her pear shaped diamonds with a halo around it! A very sweet story that flows

Amazing!

This is my first Chantal Fernando book and I absolutely loved it! I'm a huge fan of MC books and instead I got to add Celina and Knuckles to my list of awesome books.

Why can't I finish this?

I liked the first book but I have three hours left in this second book and I can already predict this one. It may be better to listen too if Knuckles didn't sound like Celina. The narrator is totally ruining this for me to the point if I want to finish it I would have to read it via free copy. I think at the end is supposed to be a male voice but I'm so bored by this current one I asm not sure I want to wait. This book is do predictable that without reading any further I can guess that something happens weith a story being written and trust issues will play into it. If I am right I hope I didn't spoil anything. Now maybe I can skip to the next one with the hope there is a better narrator.
