High level not a step by step.

Disappointed looking forward to a little more guidance given its title “step by step”. It’s more of a high level overview. Really disappointed

One long sales pitch:(

The titel lead me to believe the book contained Lean Six Sigma tools. Instead i got a sales pitch on the importance of certifying employees.. I love six sigma, but Tvis was the least insightfull book I have traf Tvis year.
