When the jealous high priest of Enki murders the king during a holy festival and stages a takeover of the palace, Crown Prince Ammon-shur must flee for his life with nothing more than the clothes on his back. Great narrator and decent story

The narrator is great at what he does.

The story isn't bad. The plot is basic, but well executed. There is probably too much time spent on the trial and tribulations of the main character as an olive merchant, but for a first book in a series it's not bad. Definitely worth the 8.5 hour listen.
