What a good way to fall asleep and stay asleep

Getting to sleep, quieting my busy mind and settling my physical body has been a challenge most nights. I’ve tried meditations before and progressive relaxation and this is my favourite. I’ve heard bits and pieces. Occasionally I wake up briefly at the end, but then I go right to sleep. I also seem to be staying asleep. So I can’t comment on the entire 30 minutes. I’ve also only explored the longer meditations at this time.

Not at all relaxing.

Too much repetitive talk by Diddy. It was weird. It felt like he was laying next to me in bed.

I fell asleep and missed a few of the voice. I wish the background music would have been slightly louder.

Very good meditation to get out of bed

The only thing I don’t like is the publicity at the beginning. You are just trying to get up so I would like to focus my attention on waking up with a positive mindset. But overall very good !

Sleep Meditations

These meditations are very good. They take your mind off of your day and the wheels stop turning. I barely make it to the end of some of these and I’m a sleep.
