I fell asleep and missed a few of the voice. I wish the background music would have been slightly louder.

Not at all relaxing.

Too much repetitive talk by Diddy. It was weird. It felt like he was laying next to me in bed.

Sleep Meditations

These meditations are very good. They take your mind off of your day and the wheels stop turning. I barely make it to the end of some of these and I’m a sleep.
