Mediterranean Diet!

I've liked every recipe that I've tried out of it. It also has great cooking tips for people like me who hate cooking and don't know how long to grill vegetables, etc. The book doesn't assume that you know what you're doing, it give you tips and stuff.

Excellent book!

Appeared to be a good combination of perfectly fit the Mediterranean diet pasta and protein and energy charged peas.Mediterranean diet doesn’t forbid but only recommends consuming certain foods. The recipes in this book are written with the focus on cheese, fish, beans and vegetables intake.

Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.

This book gave a great summary of the Mediterranean Diet and many excellent recipes! We have been on this diet for 2 weeks and I've made at least half of the recipes. They have all been easy and very good, even my nephew likes most of them! I highly recommend this book if you are trying to learn more about the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.

Mediterranean Diet works!

Mediterranean Diet works! This book was organized well, and among other things did a good job telling what the med diet was about. However, I think the authors "Americanized" the recipes to take in account American tastes and ingredients readily available to us. I was not gaga over any of the recipes: I do not like smoothies particularly and thought that there would be a lot more soup recipes. Good

Awesome book! Yummy

I love this book! It’s like a good book you can’t put down! I need structure in my life and this book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the break down! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this book will help you understand the whole process

Healthy and delicious

Nice book....I love this book!! I recently had a heart attack and was told to go on a Mediterranean diet. I felt like there was no way I could change all of my eating habits and maintain my sanity. And never thought I would think a heart healthy lifestyle would be so tasty! I have been so pleased and feel so good about my eating now that I purchased one for my dad for father's day. It is for him and mom both since he does most of the cooking.Healthy and delicious!

Incredible book .

Incredible book. Clarifies the nuts and bolts obviously. It was a useful bouncing off point. Help yourself out and purchase this just as the Complete Mediterranean Cookbook by America's Test Kitchen. Immaculate pair.

I love this book

Can’t wait to try all the recipes

I've only had this cookbook for a couple of weeks now and I've made 4 supremely delicious recipes from it! I have loads more tabbed and I cannot wait to give them a try. Everything is easy to follow and the recipes are mouth-watering. I love the section at the front that discusses Mediterranean food and common spices and their flavor profiles. I have a feeling this will soon be one of my most-loved cookbooks.Can’t wait to try all the recipes!

Easy to follow !

Easy to follow instructions on how to make healthy meals. Lost weight after using this book and feel great. My blood cholesterol levels dropped dramatically using this book. I highly recommend this book.
