I found this book to be very useful..

Tons of information on bodybuilding. Worthwhile reading for all those interested in building physique.

This book was easy to listen to and well written. Easy to follow instruction. I am seeing great results.

you need this book!

This book has it all! Everything from mental tips to get into the right frame of mind, to actual exercises, food recipes and supplements to use for bodybuilding success. The recipes look delicious and the advice is right on point. I can't wait to share this book with my son who is a skinny guy and needs some help building muscle mass.
