Highly Recommended

This is another hugely enjoyable book in Kerr's brilliant Bernie Gunther series. Well researched, beautifully written, and both tragically moving, yet at times humorous, this book is essential reading for all fans of Berlin noir. The fine performance by Paul Hecht places him in the upper echelon of Audible's most memorable narrators.
