A good and twisty thriller!

Ruth Urquhart delivers this novel in reasonably authentic sounding Aussie, British, and Scots accents. She does make a few slips where an accent attaches itself to the wrong character, but it's not so glaring or frequent that you want to turn it off. She kept me thoroughly entertained and interested throughout the audiobook, as did the accomplished prose of S.E. Lynes. As a thriller, it's good and twisty, and written with an excellent sense of timing, strong character development, and a wonderfully satisfying outcome.
