Quack

Don't waste your time even reading about this book. Fom the very beginning the author goes on about other ridiculous diets and fads. I get that part. He starts off with saying you need mega doses of vitamin c. Talks about an 80 year old man that now is this equivalent of a 30-year-old. The more I read when he started talking about vitamins and vaccines I could not bear another minute of this bologna. he claims food will cure all diseases...I could only listen to about 30 min.

This needs a new name

When I read the name I was like well ok
Since listening to this book I have told so many about this book

This book needs a new name, I almost didn’t listen to it because of it

It is jam packed with so much research based info really gives the listener a great understanding of how the body works and how to become healthier and why the weight stays and how it got there

With this new understanding of how the human body works it really gives you a greater understanding of how to take your health back and In turn loose weight


If you struggle with your health and weight it’s a great listen

It’s a lot of what we know but I love that it includes the why behind it
