Listeners young and old alike have the opportunity to explore this fascinating and awe-inspiring collection of religious stories and rich traditions belonging to such a complex belief system.

Not worth it

Perhaps as a intro to Norse mythology for children. Minimalistic information an 1/2 stories.

interesting book.

Wish it went into a little more depth (and I'm not sure if I agree with it 100%), but gives you a lot of information & food for thought.

Great short intro and overall overview

I am new to Norse Mythology and found this to be a great overview and quick start to learning. I picked up the Kindle edition as well for reference. Great job!

Great book but a bit repetitive

This was an amazing book and I loved hearing about all aspects of Norse Mythology, although the book itself is repetitive and tends to tell the same stories over and over

Exactly what I've been looking for!

I usually don't like to listen to a book being read but this was actually a very pleasant experience.

Excellent primer

Haven’t read Norse mythology in many years. This was a terrific primer with an introduction naming each deity with a synopsis of their importance before telling a few stories.

The language beautifully descriptive.

it was a pretty story, but his name is Odin

the book was pretty good but I don't like how she said Odin's name she said it with a t h and it was a little low volume even with my volume being high

perfect as an introduction for Norse mythology

A very short yet engaging and interesting collection of Norse folklore. This book is a breeze to read and it provides the main stories in an interesting way without throwing in too many dull details. This is a very good book for anyone who's looking for the main gist of Norse mythology.

Total ripoff of a book

Basically this book just lists some of the Nordic gods. It does contain any myths or sagas. Not worth a credit
