makes you realize where our food comes from

Listening to this story was enjoyable as I learned about where nuts come from in California the price people have to pay to have these luxuries and how people pay with illnesses and low wages to the bouts of organized crime steeling and shipping the products all over the world

Very informative

Wow. What an amazingly informative podcast. I will never look at my food items the same again., and it will make.me think twice about purchasing certain items in terms of the human and climate ramifications

Makes you think twice about where your food comes

I enjoyed this series as my title says it makes you think twice about the road your food traveled to get to your plate. To think that a small nut can be so valuable that it would drive people to commit a crime is crazy to me. The way Mark presents the story is entertaining. Take a listen you won't be disappointed.

Surprisingly enjoyable! Loved the storytelling. Was aghast at what I learned. This should be part of the high school curriculum.
