Publisher's Summary

Reunited with her people, Shanti knows that she must make a move in order to finally put her duty to rest. But as always, Xandre is one step ahead of her.

For one brief moment, when she lets down her guard, Shanti falls into enemy hands. But if Xandre thought she would be a docile prisoner, he was sadly mistaken.

With Shanti running interference, it is up to the boys she has trained and the army Cayan leads to fight their way to her side.

The fate of the land will finally be decided. Which side will be overtaken?

Overtaken is the final book in the number one best-selling series.

Wonderful Series!

I've loved this entire series and hate to see it end. The story pulls you in. I like the episodes of humor which breaks up the overall intensity of the books. Saunders is hilarious. Caitlyn narrates beautifully and brings the characters to life.

What a delightful series!

I absolutely love Commander Sanders and the Honour guard. Loved the story line, the twists and turns; suspense mixed with humour… such a joy to listen to the entire series

Brilliant

K.F. Breene writes another brilliant series that is full of action, romance, betrayal and a full cast of characters. If your looking for a completed series that you will easily find entertaining and well worth the credits , look no further this is the series for you to explore and get immersed in. I envy you the journey, but I am off to find my next one. Happy listening to us both.

Disappointing performance

This series is quite decent, we’ll written with bits of humour, intrigue, romance, suspense and yet the performance of most of the main characters and the narration sounds so mechanical. Within the honour guard you finally hear some different voices and can tell who is speaking most of the time. Some of the other supporting character voices differ, but for the most part they all sound very much alike (not just in their dialects). There were parts of the story that I had to listen to 5 or 6 times because the tone was so mechanical that it made it hard to follow. What an unfortunate choice of a performance.
