Gibberish
I really wanted to enjoy this book, but the reading comes across as gibberish is many areas. There seem to be sentences that are mixed together, grammatical errors, nonsense sentences. It’s almost as if it’s being read by an AI reader or something. I’m so dissatisfied.

Awfull
This book is more anxiety creating then healing..Not good!
i stopped listenning after 1sr chapter.

Life Changing
I am so thankful I came across this book, I really feel like it will help change the negative mindset that I have struggled with my entire life. This book is not a cure, but it does possess the tools to help you start coping in a healthy way that will make an overall affect on yourself and those around you who witness a change in your overall mood set. Do yourself a favor and LISTEN TO THIS BOOK.

Learned a thing or two
Overall I enjoyed the material and information provided! I definitely have some takeaways which is always my goal. I think it could’ve been an easy listen. The narrator was terrible though. He mispronounced words, even stumbled on some. I would expect if that happens, they would re-record but not the case here. If you can get passed the narration the information is good.

I can’t tell if this is a terrible translation or just terrible writing. Sentences were hard to follow and the text just wandered. Not helpful.

Many, many verbal inaccuracies
I’m not sure if the author did the reading of this book or not, but there are so many incorrect words and phrases as well as grammatical errors and jumping around between sentences, that it was inevitably too hard to sit and listen to without losing track. While there are plenty of helpful tips within this book, in my opinion, the author needs to rework/edit the written text in order for the speaker to better portray the writer‘s thoughts.

Hard to listen to
It’s hard to tell if it was written poorly or translated poorly, but there were many errors and it didn’t flow smoothly. The narration was also poor. It was difficult to listen to and follow.
