Great advice if you have a problem overthinking &

This book contains great advice on how to stop overthinking. This ISS one of my favorite parts of the book:

“All we have is now; I cannot control yesterday, and I cannot predict tomorrow.”

An excellent primer on the subject

Yes, it’s a fairly fundamental breakdown of the topic but for what it does it does it well. The format is structurally sound, and it is well-written and succinct. Much of the info was a review for me but then again I do have some background in the field. I’d consider this a good starting point for someone looking into the subject of anxiety and negative thinking. It i informative and well researched. The book also has several practical tips and tactics for dealing with the issues of anxiety, worry and overthinking. I grabbed the Kindle for .99 cents, so it's also a good value. That along with the solid writing and info, I definitely rate this one five-stars. Recommended.

A plan for reducing overthinking

This is a tough problem-- overthinking that can cause fear and anxiety, physical issues as well as emotional ones. Since your mind is always there, it's definitely worth trying to get a little control over runaway thoughts, but not easy. There are a lot of suggestions to guide a person who is having these issues. Including consulting with a professional. I would recommend giving these suggestions a try. Even reducing overthinking is a worthy goal.

A great guide for those who suffer from overthinki

Though I do not suffer from overthinking I know a few people who do. I read this so I may understand why they think the way they do and try to better support them. This book nails what they tell themselves, their attitudes, and the negative effects on their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The book goes on to offer activities and exercises for the person suffering from overthinking to help put them on a path to overcoming the anxiety that results from overthinking. Excellent listen.

I really appreciate the effort of the author

I have done my own research and homework before listening to this audiobook, and this audiobook definitely complemented a lot.I knew someone years ago from my friends who could not fall a sleep. Her thoughts kept her awake half of the night, and the only thing that helped was taking sleeping pills. That's a dangerous path, as over medication will lead to serious health issues. Better grab a copy of this book and learn exactly why you are overthinking. This book gives solid advice on how to stop this and even turn this around into managing your life much better.

amazing book

It took me a couple of years to codify the knowledge, where the author does this in the first chapters. I found it to be such a useful primer I send a copy to my son who is beginning his experience in lerning this subject.
