Its a great learning audible book about overthinking. Living healthy is as paramount as the air humans breathe. I liked how it’s to the point. Yes, there is a lot of quotations from other books but honestly, the info provided is very useful.

Excessive valuable data involved in this guide

Overthinking is one of the world’s most intelligent insights into the ravaging beast that bedeviled man from achieving success. The chief theme in this book is freedom from too much thinking. I loved the very human approach to understanding our emotional issues. It's easy to follow, and well narrated.

Speeches of every method were adequate

The author’s experience is an attempt to right every mind that has been compromised already and still guide them on how to sail through life with ease. A good reference when you’re Overthinking by a certain feeling. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their behaviour patterns.
