Publisher's Summary

Given the way love turned her heart in the New York Times best-selling To All The Boys I've Loved Before, which School Library Journal called a "lovely, lighthearted romance", it's no surprise that Laura Jean still has letters to write.

Lara Jean didn't expect to really fall for Peter. She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren't. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever. When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean's feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times best seller To All the Boys I've Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that's part of what makes it so amazing.

Featured Article: The Best Young Adult Audiobooks For Women Of All Ages

Many people equate "growing up" with "growing serious." But while interests may change over time, age does not have to be the deciding factor in what games you play, movies, or books you enjoy. Young adult novels are the perfect example of this. Though written with a teenage audience in mind, women of all ages are sure to enjoy the genre’s hallmarks: strong yet flawed characters, heartbreaking twists and turns, romance, and drama.

Middle of the road

This was a middle of the road book. It wasn’t great and it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed it.

The Story Continues ...

2.5

In the follow up to All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Jenny Han continues with Peter K. and Lara Jean’s love story. P.S. I Still Love You picks up where the previous book ended. Lara Jean and Peter commit to a real relationship and seeing where it goes. Peter’s ex is still an issue and now another of the boys who received a love letter from Lara Jean show’s up complicating this budding relationship.

I need to start this review with a disclaimer, YA is not a genre for me. I picked up this series because I really enjoyed the Netflix movies and for me, the books are always better. While Jenny Han tells a good story, it felt like the same story being told all over again. I still very much like Lara Jean and Peter and their romance but would have liked to have seen growth and different problems.

I listened to this book on audio, and while the narrator wasn’t bad, I didn’t like the voice she choice for Kitty – made her sound like an obnoxious kid.
