Publisher's Summary

THE BOYS OF HAREM STATION ARE KEEPING LOTS OF SECRETS!

Valor joined up with Tray after Beauty's sacrifice because he knew Luck was destined to be with Princess Nyleena. There was no room in that relationship for a third wheel. But when he teamed up with Tray he had no idea that he'd be the third wheel in that partnership, too.

Tray has been keeping ALCOR's secrets since the day he arrived on Harem Station. Not just one or two.... ALL of them. But he's also been keeping one of his own.

His secret is a girl. Not a Cygnian girl. An Akeelian girl. A beautiful, mysterious, scheming secret girl that Tray has been in love with ever since she first turned up in his Pleasure Prison virtual reality asking him for help.

Except she's not virtual.

She's real.

She's in danger.

And before Valor came along all he wanted to do was break her out of her prison and keep her for himself.

But now...he might have to learn to share.

Prison Princess is the fifth book in the Harem Station Series and features an erotic MMF ménage featuring double-endowed alien men, a girl who shouldn't exist in a virtual Paradise, a love-struck sentient ship, two all-powerful AI's willing to fight for her, and an entire book about LEARNING TO SHARE *wink-wink*. Book 5 in the Harem Station Series!

Includes a special bonus note from the author.

Another exciting adventure

Joe and Rose were great together. Honestly I like that Shane East was not there hardly at all as I’m not a fan.
It was an interesting and sexy story, became intrigued about the mfm sex. Some might not, but give it a try.

All the previous books have really set you up for this book.

Sometimes reality and virtual lives are hard to pick which is best. 🤨

JA Huss has created a whole new world

Before reading this one, I would strongly urge you to read the other stories in this series. There are a lot of references, and some loose ends that are tied up in this book from previous ones. Some of it will seem odd or go over your head, or extra fluff if you haven't read those.
The story is interesting, the entire AI, virtual reality etc is a fun world to explore, and there is a lot there. There seemed to be a lot of "just wait... here's another twist" moments. So.. never think you know exactly what is going on.
My biggest pet peeve is that it should have said "featuring Shane East" as he did very little narration. Finally getting Joe and Shane together was exciting but then a little bit of a let down in that area. All the narrators did an excellent job, however.
The rest of the book did not let down. Science Fiction is always fun and it's not easy to create a whole new world.

Lost me...

Okay, I can’t do it after this one. I got confused after a while and that made me feel sorta stupid and I’m not dumb. Because I got lost, I probably won’t stick with the series. I don’t want to pull the cord but I can’t keep up anymore. Giving those way high performance marks for Shane, Joe and Rose.

Heaviest book so far

The romance part of this book is the spiciest so far!! I love the time they spend together in their virtual world!

The later part of the book didn’t feel quite as much like a romance as the others. However it has important world and character building. This story is soo deep! After book 3 I felt like I figured so much out; whereas this one left me with more questions than answers. I think if I could go back, I’d wait and listen to this once book 5 is released. I think my brain wouldn’t hurt so much if I was able to jump right into the next one. lol.

With that being said, I can’t wait for the next book! I need more! The narration by Joe Arden and Rose Dioro is fantastic! Rose is new to me, but she did a great job of bringing a multifaceted character to life. Shane East did a great with ALCOR (who is also a complicated character!!)

PP (bws)

Whew. This complex and at times confusing requiring that I listen to sections or entire chapters more than once but it did help me to understand some concepts more clearly. I just thought of Trey as a weird personality but this book helped me to understand him better. Revelation of Luck’s and Valor’s bromance was a surprise. Not in my belief system but also understand how the storyline inevitably went there between Trey and Valor and Briidgette when Valor was sent in first with Bridgette. Things are still cloudy for me with Drayton. He does need a story. This book was very serious and I loved.it.

Sexy Syfy

I absolutely love this series. Book 4 did not disappoint. I loved all of the virtual reality. You were really swept away into another world that I'm not so sure I'd want to leave either. It's a fast paced, action packed story. I've never really considered myself a syfy fan but I can't get enough of this story!!

So good!

I loved this story so much. Tray was always the brother I wanted to know more about and I wasn’t let down at all. He was as complicated as I had thought. I really didn’t know much about virtual worlds or IA”s and I learned a whole lot about them.

Julie’s books are always good but when she adds an audio to it, it brings the words to life. I don’t think I ever heard Rose Dioro before but I liked her a lot. Joe Arden, what can I say? He’s always top notch. The true delight was getting to hear Shane East in a way that I don’t normally hear him. He was perfect for the part he did in this audio.

Loved the little picture, got lost with the big

By now I’ve managed my expectations from this author. Her first books are fresh and twisty. They deliver a fun, wild, and ribald wide. Unfortunately, lovely little self-contained packages are not her thing. At some point (in this case book 3), she keeps adding to the story, setting, and worlds. The focus changes from a romance with fantastical wrapping to a mindtrip with a dash of romance.

Even with my managed expectations, leaning into the mindtrip proved too difficult for me to really enjoy books 3-6. They lost me with the science, the worlds within worlds within worlds, and the whole time-is-relative thing. Just like with her Junco series, asking me to embrace characters who are Eons old, but still have present-day flaws is a tall order.

I liked the Trey, Valor, Bridget holodeck throuple storyline (MMF & MM scenes). The sci-fi part reminded me of the opening seconds of Star Trek (space, the final frontier…) or the cosmos exploding at the start of a Nova episode … only the story never leaves the opener, opting instead to explore the “what ifs” of the universe. I wanted more fun, humor, and romance to balance out the sci-fi.

The next book can’t even be called a romance at all (I’d call it unnecessary filler) and the final book 6 was a decent sci-fi ending, but a wholly unsatisfactory romance ending for the harem station family. The only book I will listen to again is book 2.

“She’s our trap!”

The following ratings are out of 5:
Narration: 🎙🎙🎙🎙
Romance: 💙💚💜🤎❤️
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙📔
World building: 🌎🌍🌏🌎
Character development: 🫢😤😡😊🥰

The heroine: Brigit - an Akeelian female who was hidden away in the virtual reality pleasure prison. Tray found her there when he was first building it and he kept her hidden there until he could find where her real body was.

The Hero: Tray & Valor - When they were kids, Tray’s father had him changed. His father had him undergo some sort of surgery which integrated an A.I. into his brain, so he is different than the other six Akeelian males he ran away with to Harem station. Valor was partnered with Luck and after their bot died and Luck found his fated mate Nyleena, Valor was at a loss so he started to help Tray in the pleasure prison.

The Story: Tray and Valor figured out some of the sinister things going on around Harem Station and together came up with a plan. Little did Valor know, Tray is keeping Brigit a secret and hasn’t told Valor about his plan to free Brigit from the pleasure prison, before returning to their scheduled rendezvous.

There is certainly a lot going on in this book and it takes place directly after the events of Lady Luck. Julie Huss does a terrific job at coming up with super complex plots and storylines and adding to them as a series goes on. This took a bit of a different turn than the prior books in that the guys were part of a breeding program and each have a fated mate that is a Cyngian Princess. In this one we find out that Valor and Luck used to have a romantic relationship and in this book there is a ménage relationship between the three main characters.

The romance is terrific and it is sizzling hot. But the story is the thing. I loved the intricacies of the story and the negative forces they are trying to overcome. I want to see these seven men of Harem Station win over the evil they are facing. Also I kept wondering whether the A.I. ALCOR is good or evil. There are also the copies of ALCOR called Baby ALCOR and A-hole ALCOR. I found out that I really loved ALCOR.

The story was told in multiple points of view and the narration was done by Joe Arden, Shane East and Rose Dioro. I really enjoy all three of these narrators and they did a great job. This was a great story and a pleasure to listen to as well.
