Publisher's Summary

From New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Kristen Ashley comes a new story in her Dream Man series...

Charlotte “Lottie” McAlister is in the zone. She’s ready to take on the next chapter of her life, and since she doesn’t have a man, she’ll do what she’s done all along. She’ll take care of business on her own. Even if that business means starting a family.

The problem is, Lottie has a stalker. The really bad kind. The kind that means she needs a bodyguard.

Enter Mo Morrison.

Enormous. Scary.

Quiet.

Mo doesn’t say much, and Lottie’s used to getting attention. And she wants Mo’s attention. Badly.

But Mo has a strict rule. If he’s guarding your body, that’s all he’s doing with it.

However, the longer Mo has to keep Lottie safe, the faster he falls for the beautiful blonde who has it so together, she might even be able to tackle the demons he’s got in his head that just won’t die.

But in the end, Lottie and Mo don’t only have to find some way to keep hands off until the threat is over, they have to negotiate the overprotective Hot Bunch, Lottie’s crazy stepdad, Tex, Mo’s crew of frat-boy commandos, not to mention his nutty sisters.

All before Lottie finally gets her Dream Man.

And Mo can lay claim to his Dream Girl.

Two amazing series collide!

You forget sometimes how much you love a series, when time has passed, and it has been a while. The characters and situations, still there in your memories, fade and become sometime you smile softly about when you think of them. Then you read a book, a new book, in that series, a book to start a new series that you know you will love as much, and all those emotions flood over you. They crash through you, brining that same joy, contentment, fire, passion, longing, want, and fulfillment, just as strong as it ever was. The Dream Man series took me there the first time, and this book sucked me right back in!

Mo, sweet, strong, silent, self-doubting Mo. One of Hawk’s commando’s, an elite team that gets things done. However they are needed. Without question of consequence. Stealthy and deadly, they are the ones in the shadows that the boogeyman hides from. Heart of gold, protector, and an appreciation and understanding of women that comes from having four older sisters and have been raised by a strong independent woman. Lottie took one look, and knew he was her man, and he proved his worthiness of that the entire time they were together. Like, always and at every turn, proved he got his woman, and she was his. Lottie showed Mo, at every turn, and every time, he had no flaws, he was perfect as he was. She saw him through eyes that weren’t rose-coloured, and found him exactly how she wanted him, and that was someone who was worthy of all the love she had to give

Lottie had lots to figure out, her life, where she fits in it. She doesn’t realize, but where Mo is confused about some things regarding himself, he is confident where he belongs in people’s lives. Lottie thinks she is, but she realizes she didn’t quite have that right. With her family, her extended family, his family, his extended family, and her friends, and her Mo. Lottie learns she is loved beyond compare, and Mo brought that to her. He brought her, to a life she had full, and was fulfilling, more love, caring, and emotion, than she ever thought was possible. He didn’t make her a new woman; he opened her eyes to the woman she already was

Some suspense, but really, a story so focused on Mo and Lottie, as they are together the entire book, with very little exception. They get to know each other, and fall in love. There is a great slow burn, and some amazing fireworks. There are deep emotions, and quick blow ups. There are a lot of familiar faces, and a whole new set to fall in love with. I loved every moment of Mo and Lottie’s story, and when it stopped, I was happy, but I never wanted it to end!
