Publisher's Summary

Why meditate? To live in the moment. To dwell in the harmony of things. To awaken. Those moments in your life when there is an openness, a spacious quality to your existence - those are the moments that truly make life remarkable. Creating those moments is the focus of this program by Ram Dass, a spiritual teacher who has studied and practiced meditation for many years.

The Ram Dass Sutra of the spiritual journey

I keep coming back to this recording to inspire myself and take a look of where I am now as opposed to where I was before. As well as to just enjoy it for its own sake. It's like a long song or poem and like recieving a powerful blessing from a guru.
A piece of Art unto itself.
