comforting and uplifting words
it's so nice to hear Matt read his own words. It is almost like listening to his old YouTube. I appreciate his no BS /fluff but flexible approach the inner growth. This is the second audio book of his I listen to and highly recommend for anyone looking to cultivate more love from with.

This person is so generous, wise and funny, and I am so grateful this audiobook came my way. It has changed me on the journey of the Love Revolution. I feel softer and more loving for having listened.

So Simple yet so Profound
Whatever Arises, Love That, really says it all. We live in a world of quick decisions and usually negative comments. Always worried about not being mistreated, we forget to see the positive in situations but the negative. In this book, Matt offers positive reinforcement instead of the negative. We are so blessed but want every situation to be perfect for us and always look at what isn’t perfect. I suggest that he has found a concept that we need to embrace. Love is the answer and I for one believe Love will lead us into a new future. Enjoy your life with Love and satisfaction

Heart opening
This book was incredible, the healing mantras are my favorite part. I found it easier to be guided to not just self love but self forgiveness.

Heart centered healing
I have followed Matt Khan and his lessons on YouTube and I am always deeply engaged and touched by his words. This book helps to encompass all of the heart felt statements and spiritual guidance he provides. Also this is best to be listened at with a slower speed setting. It has been helping me to acknowledge and process the hurt, pain and judgement I have experienced in my life as a deeply empathic person.
