foundational reading
foundational reading for a meditation practice. draws on multiple lineages and tradtions, mostly but not solely Buddhist. could certainly "take what you like and leave the rest", meaning, wisdom is wisdom---irregardless of what tradition it arise from. many possibilities to take the seeds Brach gifts us with and plant them in gardens of all spiritual traditions.

Mind management and Buddhism at it’s best
I have spent my whole life searching for holy Grail of mind management - and this might be it. The micro-meditations and techniques in this book are mind-blowing. I have tested them - and it catapulted me to a different level of energy and awareness. The techniques have a very different angle from anything I have read. For example: talking to your feelings, body tension and problems, talking to your heart, healing yourself first, forgiving yourself before you forgive others, skillful speech. Thank you Tara!

I love this book. The stories cracked my heart wide open. The lessons were profound with Tara's special touches. I know I will read this book over and over as already the teachings have given guidance to myself and others in my life. The meditations are beautiful and powerful.

Probably the best book there is!
I recommend this book to literally everyone I meet. Radical Acceptance is the very base of ANY healing and/or healthy relationships with yourself, others and the Universe.
