excellent book !
If you have tried other methods and felt stuck like I did this book will definitely help you. Gale Glassner Twersky does a great job at explaining how our subconscious is essentially responsible for what is happening in our reality. once we reprogram our subconscious and delete the faulty programs that were downloaded we can start to live our best life! This author is truly amazing, when I had troubles with my hypnosis download I send her an email expecting to get a reply from her staff, instead Gale herself relied to me. she continued to communicate with me and offered a free phone consultation to discuss how I can be successful while using her book. she provided me with some very useful tips and I've been able to start working on my very own self hypnosis. thank you Gale for this amazing book and for your generosity.

Disappointed
Good content. Sound quality is not great. Voice sounds robotic or warped. Somehow could not download free CD. Difficult to see the overall content as Audible does not display Table of Contents and it is not given in the guidebook.

Missing Information
She refers to a bonus audio to download that is not included. this audio that is not included is a critical part of the experience. I am several chapters into the the book now with no practical information. I didn't purchase this audio to get a hypnosis lecture.
