What the critics say

"I found Silverthorn to be as exciting and absorbing as Magician in every way. The excellent characterization wedded to a tight and well-timed plot makes it one of the outstanding fantasy offerings of the season." (Andre Norton)

another great work by Fiest

this book is another great entry in my fiest collection. I was worried this may be all about finding Silverthorne, but our favorite black robes gets plenty of spotlight. good overall story development kept me listeningly interested the whole time. definitely leading up to a serious battle.

overall very fun listen.

A great addition to the series

Book two was somewhat scattered as it moved from place to place, character to new character. Often left me wanting to get back to Pugh and the others.

With most introductions and histories out of the way, this book continued well with a great story that is well told. Bravo.

Fantastic sequel

A great follow on story to Magician but also a very good stand alone novel.
