She's ready for the ride of her life....

Lauren Grahame is looking for her bit of peace. After leaving her cheating husband, Lauren moves to Carnal, Colorado, and gets a job as a waitress in a biker bar called Bubba's. It's a nothing job in a nowhere joint...until Tatum Jackson walks in.

Lauren has never seen a man with such looks and attitude. But Tate does something Lauren doesn't much like and she doesn't want anything to do with him. Too bad for Lauren he's also the bar's part-owner and bartender. When the rough-around-the-edges Tate meets the high-class Lauren, he thinks she won't fit in at Bubba's.

Yet there's more to Lauren than meets the eye, and Tate soon sets his mind on claiming her as his own. Before long, they can't deny the attraction that's pulling them together. But when violence strikes the town, threatening the women in it, their sweet dreams may come to an end.

Sweet Dreams

Loved everything about this book! The story, the MCs, the secondary characters, the banter..! My only reason for the 4-star performance is the fact that they only have the one narrator (I know, this was a single POV), but it still would’ve been nice to have heard a male voice for Tate :)

Another addictive book all the way to the end

The story draws you in from the first page to the last. The emotions you go through during trying to figure out who did it is perfect. cant wait to listen to another by Kristen Ashley

"I'm sorry?" Yes, I'm sorry I listened to this.

On the whole, the plot was tolerable but the dialog is extremely annoying. The main character, Lauren, must ask "I'm sorry?" about a thousand times, to which the other character must repeat what he or she just said. It was so grating by about the third chapter...

Also, I understand the appeal of the alpha male but this guy is basically a slob who feels emasculated at the idea of his girlfriend picking out new appliances even though she moves in and does ALL the cooking and cleaning for him and his son. Apparently, this is how you get a man to love you.

This is my third and last Kristen Ashley novel.
