The woman's voice, why? why?
If you enjoyed all previous in this series you would have to like this. Once again a giant highlander with a dick large enough to put Ron Jeremy out of work, and a hot woman who has to be a virgin to be ....worthy? Despite the blatant repetition of descriptors, and story lines, the hot sex and easy expectation of a nice ending has had me listening on long haul flights. But why have a man voice the heroine in a high pitched Terry Gilliam-like fake woman in a Monty Python Sketch? It has taken some mental work to keep those giant dick...will he ever be able to get it in this time?...sex scenes hot when it sounds like Edith Bunker is being bedded.

Terrible voice
The story is good. But the voice is awful. Terrible Scottish accent and the male voice speaking female roles with some sort of…accent? was just ridiculous. This would have been a better choice to read.

Love love love this series
Amazing series and the narrator is amazingly talented! This genre is one of my favorites. It's similar to Outlander and helps to fill the void as we wait for the next book. I'm so glad I found these books on audible as I can work and listen at the same time!

Even better than Drustan’s story!
...the heroine, Chloe is far more satisfying than Gwen. Daegus, much more intense and intriguing than Drustan.
Highly recommend!
