Don't be fooled

This guy is mainly trying to sell you key products, including his own diet plan business. Quite annoying. Also, he's not a real sleep specialist, at least not as much as he's considering himself. Try instead Matthew Walker, "Why we sleep". Far better and... credible.

Mostly fantastic but with a few dodgy tips mostly near the end

The first 3/4 of this book was insanely helpful, I followed its advice and have been sleeping much better as a result. That being said, I’m not convinced on any of the “electron flow” and “frequency of the earth” tips he throws in at the end. The fact that he suggests negative ion releasing products is questionable from my perspective.

Great book

It's incredibly informative. A must have for the person who is health conscious. Shawn has a clear enthusiastic voice that's easy to listen to. There are great tips for how to have the best night sleep.

Shawn you've done it again! incredible content!

this book turned me into a 6 hours a night sleeper to a 7.5-8 hour sleeper
I love his content it's so helpful and life changing

Excellent audiobook. Great tips and well explained

Many of the concepts that Shawn refers to I have heard about over the years but he does a fantastic job of breaking things down and explaining at a scientific level as to why these sleep strategies are affective. He also makes the audiobook fun and not mundane.
