Fun read
Not too deep but enjoyable. Would adapt to big screen better than Rings of power. Here’s hoping!

Great ending to the trilogy
However, the narrator saying “l-eye-ved” instead of “lived” more than once drove me absolutely nuts and took me right out of the story.

A FANTASTIC CONCUSSION TO THE DARK ELF TRILOGY!!!
If you haven't read the first 2 books, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! While you could start on this book and understand everything though the recaps here and there, the weight and build up of the elf's place in the world are ended perfectly in this book. Many questions were answered and conflicts resolved but still more areas of interest to explore in future volumes! And if you play D&D this book provides so much lore in a fun and exciting adventure!

Perfect way to end a trilogy
This entire series up until this point has been full of fantastic characters and an incredible plotline, but the highlight is the way combat plays out. I can picture every slice, dodge, and anything else that would come up during a batlle scene. Drizzt is a great character and I would recommend thus series to anyone who likes fantasy settings.
