Validating, offers great tips

I felt validated by James’s descriptions of his and others experiences with ADHD. Listening to this eased my anxiety about my struggles and I am pleased with the effective tools he offers to manage symptoms of adhd. I really enjoyed this book, I didn’t want it to end.
