Once again this writer knocks it out of the park. love the details and the build up of story over multiple time periods. The ending wasn’t my favourite but I loved the rest. exciting and entertaining the whole way through

I went into this book, uncertain that I would like it. I didn't like Raffy in Picard at all, and once I started the audio book, my fears were confirmed: I didn't like it! determined to listen to it, I pushed through it... by the time I got to the 1 hour mark, I realized what a gem this book is! I LOVE it!! It explains so much about Raffy and I now look at her character in Picard differently. I absolutely loved Elnor in Picard and I loved him here as well. The narrator is pretty amazing at most, but I didn't struggle with Picards narration but only because I feel Robert Petkoff does the best narration Picard. I will listen to this book again, and again!
