Learned some very important thoughts

This book has enormously helped me in gaining an accurate understanding self worth. I was so pleased with the results of this book, that I also bought a copy for a friend.l If you're serious about improving your self-esteem, and are willing to do the work necessary for this remarkable change, then this book is for you!

Helpful and easy to listen on Self-Confidence

This book was filled with great exercises that helped to pinpoint what could be contributing to low self esteem. It also provides easy to use tools that will help move your level of self esteem in a positive direction. Good listen.

I wasted a credit...

I do not see why this book had so many great reviews. I stopped listening to it after 5 chapters of hearing why charisma is a good idea...

Just rambled facts and tips

Wasn’t for me. Was pretty dry and the narrator was difficult to stay with since he liked to pronounce certain words like stoicism strangely and say it over and over. Didn’t get anything out of this book. But that’s me.

It’s practical, useful, & amazing resource for me

Everyone should listen this is an amazing book

Only half way through this audiobook but allisteny have great inspirational notes. Motivational in a very intimate way. You have everything you need for where you want to go. This audiobook will help you discover what you have.

I will definitely be checking out his other title

I think implementing one chapter per week or month in a step by step process would be beneficial for anyone especially if you are working towards a goal. I will definitely be checking out his other titles.
