Best practical guide

Very useful for frequent worrier types to people with Anxiety Disorders. Easy to understand. To the point. Enables you to start getting a handle on your worrying yourself.

Educational

My sister who has a PHD is psychology recommended this book for practical strategies to deal with worry. I enjoyed it and it’s easy basic skills to implement.
