Quite basic and disapponting
I was expecting to get real life tips that will help you selling, instead got the most basic stories of the most structured and easiest to sell industry, real estate, where commissions are high and guaranteed. Nothing on tech selling, other industries much more challenging.. waste of time.

Edu-tainment!
This is my 2nd Serhant book. I'm not a real estate broker, but I am a salesman. Before, I had never heard of Ryan Serhant or Million Dollar Listing, but his other book, Big Money Energy, was an Audible recommendation. I really liked it. This book, also, has an educational approach to story telling. Ryan's experiences are filled with sales teachings and lessons that can be applied to any form of selling.
