The voice actress sounds like she’s 80 years old. Weird to hear sex scenes from someone who’s old enough to be your grandmother. That’s not as bad as how annoying Celinda is. It’s like she has no common sense. Thinks she can take an animal anywhere she wants. That a wild dust bunny is the same as a highly trained seeing eye dog. She’s a know it all. I can’t see what Davis sees in her besides her looks.

Do we have to go over again the entire world building info every book? This is book 4 in the series. By book 16 we still have to cover the marriage laws, how the ghost hunter guild was formed and 200 year old history. Put it all in a foreword or prologue.
