Nice to Hear.

Outstanding book. I am an engineer, very analytical. My market is much less analytical, so the book is helping me connect with my clients in a better way than I every have before. Madatory reading for anyone frustrated by their customer's lack of logical decision making.

Excellent Audio Book.

People don't care so much as the technical details and investment returns. They want someone who can relate to the, talk in rgualr language and be there for them. A "people person" more than a "numbers person" is what they like.

Great One Everyone Should Listen.

It's all about connecting and stories are the way to do it. If you're a traditional analytical and details adviser, this book teaches you how to connect with your clients in a way that they understand. Because of using just a couple of the examples in this book, I have seen my closing ratio increase 25%! Using stories helps me to really "help" my clients rather than "sell" them.

The Best in Their Collection.

This item was to be in Very Good - Used condition. Upon opening the cover you see a personal note to an individual. It was my impression that Very Good - Used was not to have written notes or comments. Rather, only would show normal signs of wear and use.

Do not buy the Kindle version. This version is scanned photos of the actual book, not a Kindle specific version. Lots of zooming and resizing each page as you listen.
