Publisher's Summary

Note: This is a summary of Jordan B Peterson’s , 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos #1 National and International Bestseller

Why listen to the summary?

If you have never read the book produced by Jordan Peterson, who is a clinical psychologist and professor of Psychology, then this summary may be of use to you. The book was written based on principles that govern the way that your life turns out and each of these rules cover life from many angles including religious, mythological, and psychological illustrations of the way in which you live your life affects the outcome of it and the amount of chaos entailed.

This audiobook is merely a summary of what it included so that those who don’t want deep reading can glean the same sense of what was written though in a simpler layman style that may be more suited to their needs. Each section relates to one of the rules and you may find that some sections are relatively small, but none the less important because without obeying these rules, the chaos that ensues can be considered as being self-inflicted. I have also added a little of my own philosophy in order to make the audiobook enjoyable from a listening point of view and to enlighten those looking for secret ways in which they can enhance their own lives.

I hope that the audiobook will prove to be helpful for those looking for solutions to their life problems and that I have added to it in a way that will help listenerd to see beyond the psychological, toward the realization of self-awareness and self-development. In fact, the audiobook threw much light on many of the shortcomings of humankind, including such things as the way that we perceive modern events such as school shootings etc. helping people to walk with faith through their trials and tribulations in life with a better understanding of self-imposed chaos.

Distinctive and Relatable

Overall I enjoyed this thoroughly and have no negatives to give. The readers voice is easily understood and soothingly just at the right tone to keep the listener alert and yet not anxious at all.
