Thx for ponting me in the right direction.
I cet it now. I know exactly where I lack and what I can do to bring changes that will last. I am so hopeful that I'll be able to get better and wean off gradually from my medication (that seems to be accentuating my symptoms at this time). Thanks for putting so much info in a 20 min audio book!
