fun, erotic & a good "quick starter"
well...I liked the book knowing that it was what it was. the story is ok but the scenes are well described.

Great story
Great story ... amazing book in the series or as a standalone. Passionate from start to finish can't wait for the next book.

Great Story, but.
The story is great, for what it is. My issue is with the female narrator. She reminded me of June Clever or Mrs. Brady- very prim, proper, but the character is more rough and tumble. It hurt the Audible for me.
I enjoyed everything else about the book but I will not listen to any more of the series on Audible.

Well that was fun 😆
Lots of spice in this book & I’m not complaining!
Human females on earth convicted of crime rather than jail can be apart of a alien mate matching program.
This woman was set up and wrongly convicted of a crime she didn’t do by someone she use to trust.
Just after she was told she was matched she was quickly rejected for transport a first apparently.
She was matched with a prince but his father stopped the match as she was disowning his only son since he had been captured by their enemies and now has some of their tech in him.
He ended up going to earth to find her and saved her from his enemies who apparently were after her to get to him.
She mates with both him & his second as is custom for his people.
She also gives hope to all the other men who over the years were captured and “contaminated” with the hive tech, that rather than having them isolated on a planet alone never to find a mate.
She tells them that war veterans on her planet are celebrated not ostracized and that many human females would be willing to mate with honourable war heroes.
Then the prince finds out his father the king died and since he was the only son fighters will fight to the death until the strongest warrior wins and will be king…. Spoiler he wins & has to claim his mate with his second in front of everyone.
It was a hot book! More spice than story but I liked it!
